Background Behçet’s disease (BD) is a chronic systemic inflammatory characterized by oral and urogenital ulcers, ocular, musculoskeletal, vascular, neurological involvement. Recent evidence suggests that sexual dysfunction (SD) prevalent in BD patients. Objectives We aimed to determine the frequency of SD compare rates patients with involvement (NBD), without (BDWONI) healthy controls (HC). Methods Age matched, sexually active 59 (17 NBD, 42 BDWONI) 36 HC were recruited. All participants questioned Short Form-36, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Golombok-Rust Sexual Satisfaction (GRISS), Female Function Index (FSFI), International Erectile (IIEF-5), addition, activity has been assessed Behçet Disease Current Activity Form (BDCAF) all Results The rate was higher (44.2%) compared (14.2%) (p= 0.003) (Figure 1). Male had lower function scores male HC. Three parameters GRISS (premature ejaculation, noncommunication, infrequency) observed more frequently (6.5 vs 4.7, 3.6 2.0, 3.9 2.4, p< 0.05 for all). comparable between female similar BDWONI NBD (42.8%) groups (p> 0.05). BDCAF score negatively correlated IIEF (r=-0.437) positively (r=0.748) (p< There no relation depression 0.284). Conclusion increased affects males than females. Premature infrequency noncommunication are common problems In conclusion, negative effect on sexuality should be evaluated terms during follow up. References [1]Hayriye Sorgun, et al.
